Returns Policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, please return unopened and unused merchandise in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund.
Please let us know about the return prior to shipping out your package by sending a message to: hello@rainbowscent.com and we will reply with instruction.
If the return is a result of our error, your shipping costs will be refunded as well.

Shipping

Our processing time is 1-5 days. During busy times such as a sale or holidays it can be up to 5 business days of cleared payment. Business days do not include weekends or Federal holidays.
